High quality product made by a really awesome company. Everyone from customer service to the co-owner has been incredible in supporting me through the process of purchasing, setup, troubleshooting, and enjoying to the fullest!

Amazing tub + chiller. Set it at 50 where I had a smaller bath as I am only 4 weeks into plunging and I am wayyyyy colder getting out of this tub. I assume that is because I have way more room and my arms, legs, body is more exposed to the cold water over my previous tub.

So far so good

So far, the delivery and performance have been satisfactory. I’ve tested it a couple of times and I really like it. The sales promise has been fulfilled. Hopefully, I won’t need to use any warranty or customer support, and everything continues to run smoothly as it has so far.
