Really love the product, but unfortunately the order took quite some time to arrive in Canada; and on top of that there were additional shipping delays. It was a bit confusing as they used several different shipping parties for the shipping including DHL e-commerce, not regular DHL (so when trying to contact them to track the package the tracking # didn’t work for regular DHL.) Item delivery was then passed on to UniUni for final leg of shipping, so a bit confusing. Also didn’t realize that there would be duties and taxes so was put off by that.

Love it - not a woman, even though all their emails and marketing is focused there. But it works on men’s skin too haha and I have been getting great compliments on how healthy my skin looks.
