Variety Pack Protein & Fiber shakes

Cans give it a metalic taste, better if blended with ice and not drank straight from the can. Texture is a little odd to get used to, probably the fibre. Definitely recommend if looking to get your protien and fibre up.

I like the flavour, the convenience and the ingredients. Great for a quick meal on the go.

Tastes fine. Having trouble with the grainy/filmy consistency. It gets the job done. Probably will not reorder.
