Primo PGHLXL Hinge and Handle Kit with Straight Edge Bands for Oval XL 400 (Pre 2015)

Part missing - cannot assemble. Customer service said they would be sending out the part overnight. Still NO response!

Upgrade my PrimoXL hinge

Product was shipped in a timely manner and well packaged. The kit was installed per the included instructions. It did work to make lifting the lid an easier task. Would have been an improvement if the top band cap screw was 10 to 15 mm longer, installed it did not engage all the threads so I had to upgrade it. (Design flaw, not the seller’s issue)

Shipped same day, excellent packaging and works even better than I thought it would. I should have bought this sooner.
