I have a registered agriculture exemption with The Bee Supply. When my purchase was rung up, it was not honored and they have since refused to refund my credit card and only issued me a store credit blaming it on a computer glitch. I have reached out to them and my request has gone unanswered. It is not the money, it’s the principle. This does not seem like a fair solution but more like making the customer pay for their computer glitch. So Round Rock Bee Supply if you are reading this feel free to do the right thing and issue me a refund for $6.37 that is rightfully mine.

It’s alright- there are many out there, cheaper. So I will try them next time I need supplements.

Complete is definitely a big plus for the bees , they love it. I add it to my sugar water spray with a little vanilla, & that works very well for me & the bees ,
