Product: it lives up to its promise of less clutter and a clean desk set up. Assembly was straight forward and it took me less than an hour to complete Service: Customer Service was on point as well. I called for follow ups and the rep was responsive and helpful. Email responses were slow for my expectations but well within reason of 2 days. Logistics: mine was shipped with a missing part. I get it, when firms sell many moving parts, things get overlooked. That’s tolerable, but fior better customer experience, having a more accurate sorting system creates better overall satisfaction. Feedback: i got the air lift zero which is on the budget-friendly size. The tray that came with this variant was barely large enough to all my hardware components. Hopefully Desky can modify this offering and make their trays larger to accommodate more adware. 5 stars overall.
