We used these so we can store the desk when not in use. I was concerned about stability and these are secure. The wheels are also smooth and not hard, avoiding harsh contact with our floors. I know that Desky tends to be on the more expensive side but the quality and ability to customize your desk is really priceless. We were able to customize our desk to exactly what we wanted and these wheels are an example of how even the small things Desky applies quality to.
