The Pinto Ranch storehas quality merchandise and the employees are well trained in their products. The man who assisted me with the boots has over 30 years selling boots.the store has a policy that if the customer realizes the fit is wrong or just not what they wanted, the item can be returned. I have already recommended this store to several of my friends in Shreveport for the next time they get a chance to visit Dallas.
