Pay now to unlock free returns

I think it is a misnomer to say it is free returns when you have to pay for the shipping label to have the item returned. That's not exactly free. It would also be helpful if the return label was in the box when the item was shipped. Having to call customer support to email the label adds an extra step that is confusing. Is this by design? It also seems to delay the return process, which in turn, delays the credit to my account- which hasn't happened as of today.

What a great idea! Made everything so easy! I was so sure I would love the shirt I bought but the color wasn't good on me and I had to return. I was so glad I had this option.
