Defective boot, issues described and photos sent to support team, did not assist in providing a return label, note that Black Jack were emailed and they apologised for the defect, Pinto Ranch did nothing positive.

These looked great online and people rave about Black Jack. However, I received boots that did not in fact fit true to size but ran narrow. They had significant quality control issues with the toe bug and wrinkle. Poor stitching overall. I contacted their store and they assured me they'd check for quality control over the phone. I received the second pair and it was much worse than the first. The outsole was separating and the stitching had pulled all the way through in a significant section of the outsole on the bottom. There were cosmetic issues all over the boot. Pinto Ranch never answered my emails about any of these issues. So, if you need help call them over the phone and better yet simply don't order from this retailer at all.

These were better than photos. I have 7 new Black Jack Boots and never been disappointed. They do built boots the right way.
