My problem with the apple watches in the past were the distractions and the battery life. My problem with the garmin was the price basic looks. The Suunto Race S looks sharp, created to perform accurately, has great battery life, and overall has less distractions, allowing you to choose and use what you want when you want it. The GPS performs great and I look forward to using more of what it has to offer. I suggest purchasing a glass and face guard to keep it looking sharp.

Great watch. Set up was as easy and pleasant as a new iphone. Deal sealer was that maps are included. Not into subscriptions. Simple to use. Simple to learn. Has more than a enough functions for my use. The app is great and integrates seamlessly. I'm 6' and xl gloves, the size and form factor is perfect for me wanting a normal sized watch. Even with my aging eyes, I can see the display perfectly. Was not expecting that. Win all the way around!
