Custom Engraved Monogram Copper Mugs

Beautiful mugs.

The mugs arrived on time and were as expected. The hammered finish is just what I was hoping for & the packaging is perfect. They are a gift & travelling to Cape Town South Africa. My only quibble was that the monogram isn't quite as distinct as I hoped. I think it would have been perfect on a polished mug. I'm sure it's much harder to do with the hammered finish. Once the copper start to get a patina it will likely be more evident. Still quite pleased with the product.

Can’t easily read inscription

This was such a disappointment I regret to say, but the customized inscription is near impossible to read. I had to put on the phone flashlight to clearly read it, which feels really unacceptable to have to do for a pair of $150 mugs, and disappointing when this is a special anniversary gift. My husband couldn’t easily read either and frankly was embarrassing. Where was the quality control? This is too much to charge people to not have the most special part of the gift clearly legible. There is ‘subtle’ and then there is ‘subtle’ and this is just not acceptable. Really bummed.

Received great costumer service

Nicely packaged Fast delivery.. mugs are lighter in weight than I expected. The wrong items was received but promptly corrected . Very happy with costumer service.
