The bars taste very good. The ratio of macronutrients meets my preferences. I also like the use of functional mushrooms. The pea protein did take about a week for my stomach to assimilate too. I am curious as to how the producer knows the ingredients are "organic" without a USDA Certified Organic (or other auditing agency) seal. I am also curious as to the country of origin of the ingredients. Since you asked, I will also soay that I'd prefer not to have so many advertisements sent to me after a purchase, especially when many of them are just pictures rather than facts about the bar, but that's just me. Some people want an instant visual. That's not me. Thank you for a very good and good tasting bar. I hope to receive an answer about my question regarding country of origin and organic status soon.

I like the minis the best. They are sweeter and have more flavor. They are like cookies with protein. The birthday cake is my favorite, I was skeptical, but not disappointed.
