Good stuff . . . healthy approach to snack bars

I recently started taking the chocolate chip flavored Forward Bar as a snack between meals. It does the trick in making me feel full and gives me a shot of energy. NOTE: I started with a half-bar a day at first because it is packed with fiber. It definitely is worth the money.

A healthful well balanced snack I can also give to my kids

Our whole family eats these bars and feels great afterward. No funny after taste or bloating . Thanks for thoughtfully making these bars :-D

Love that my “running out the door”, “post-workout” or “mid-day snack” protein bar is totally clean with no junk in it. I can finally feel good about having a clean protein bar with no unnecessary junk in it.
