High Desert Blend Briquettes

Love this charcoal. It has a really pleasant smell and lights really easily. I made a paste out of garlic olive oil and a hand full of herbs and spices which I rubbed on a chicken. Cooked it off set for awhile then finished directly over the coals. I will be buying more of this stuff for me and a bag for my dad.
