Very solidly made and heavy handles, the bearings swing smoothly and they function great on the vts. If anything i just need to work on my strength to use these longer 😆. I like having the option to lock positions or free rotate with the knob, just make sure you follow the videos on setup for the inital angles suggested so your not fighting to move the vts hooks during or after your exercise.
