Lighter Roasts

I've really learned to appreciate the lighter, fruitier roasts. This was one of the best I've tasted in the last coupl of of years on Driftaway.

Gotta give credit to the blenders

gotta love it and give credit to the blenders, I was surprised - great balance with unexpected obvious flavors including baked crust, autumn desert or danish rolls and maybe cardamom as well as something that actually does taste like peach cobbler... I wish I hadn't heard that name first, because it really does, and I wonder if I would have pegged it a such.something that
