Can't tell what the issue is

I had previously spent a fortune on stamps for my Artomat boxes years ago from SayaBell Stamps on Etsy, and my 3x2 logo one has always worked poorly, so it's very strenuous to use and is now causing repetitive stress injury. I bought this on a friend's recommendation of the company to replace it, hoping it would be a good quality single press stamp like my other two 1" stamps (still SayaBell) for other parts. Unfortunately this continues to not be a single press stamp, either, and it also came with rubber debris on it that I cannot seem to get rid of. Now going through spending a lot of money on different inkpads to try to troubleshoot that, with no luck. So now I just have a back-up that performs the same. I like the company's easy process, packaging, and shipping, though. If there was a flaw with my logo that makes it so a stamp cannot work well with it, I would prefer for that to be communicated before fulfillment. Not sure why I have this repeat issue with this stamp across two companies, but there you have it.
