Custom Egg Carton Stamp

Order not to product description - Refused to correct

The stamp I ordered was a 2.5" x 5" stamp. However when it was received, the height was well over 3" and did not fit the egg carton. When I requested a new stamp to be created according to the product description, I was asked to cover half the cost for re doing the product I had originally ordered. When I felt that was not appropriate or fair because the production was not what was clearly described in the product description, I was immediately refunded rather than to continue discussions on actually producing the stamp and size I had originally ordered. Communication was terrible and delayed, often waiting on a response for 8-10 days and multiple emails requesting a reply. I spent over a month trying to rectify the situation and was never resolved the way it should have been.
