Architect Regular Rubber Stamp of Seal

I ordered a seal that was specifically 1 1/2" in diameter.

I ordered a seal that was specifically 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Our title blocks are specifically 1 1/2 inches allowed. All the other state seals are 1 1/2 inches in diameter. A proof was sent, but it was not to scale nor was it dimensioned. I approved it for content, knowing i had specificly ordered a 1 1/2 inch diameter seal, I was not worried about trying to take a scale off of the image. When I said it was useless to me, your company repied that california allows seals up to 2 inches in diameter. WHO CARES. I ORDERED A SEAL 1 1/2 INCHES IN DIAMETER. It is like a waiter telling me the chicken dinner they brought is fine because others have eaten it - even though I ordered a steak. Very disappointed, I thew the seal away and will not order nor recommened this company again.
