Sweet Heat

This smell like you want to just dip in a spoon and eat it. Reminds me of bar-b-que potato chips. Be careful when you cook with this because the sugar level is high, first ingredient. You may burn the outside before cooking the inside so you may want to add this seasoning toward the end of grilling or pan frying.

I ordered the big one this time, so my husband doesn't use all the spice in his rubs for smoking meats on the grill and then I go to use and it and its GONE!!

Sweet Heat delivers! Joyously sweet, not cloying, spot on heat, just exactly right to balance the duo. The marriage rolls pleasingly around the pallet, blending with and enhancing the natural flavor of the dish, not overwhelming. Great on everything so far! (Haven't tried it in dairy...yet.)
