These seem well made and are very easy to adjust. I got them for transporting rafts and canoes, but have not used them yet. One was defective and broke on the way home from the install. LP customer service was great and replaced it immediately.

We added the Load Bars to our build thinking of additional storage (when needed) for longer trips or losing our backseat storage to additional passengers. We've also seen Kayaks or other lightweight long items stored up there as well. We figured it would be better to have them when preparing for a trip than wishing we had them.
