Skirt Steak

Moved out to the east coast recently, from Southern California.There are a few cuts of meat that seem to be hard to come by. Tri-Tip and skirt steak, which are extremely popular where I’ve come from. The quality of meat was outstanding. Exactly what I need to make the food that I’m used to having. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Quality product that was shipped in quality packaging.
