Thought this headset would be better but it didn’t work as good as last one thought it looked better in reviews but isn’t

Disappointing

It is comfortable but it’s performance needs improvement. It doesn’t sync mute status with MS Teams and it’s audio quality is less than my previous headset, a Poly Voyager 5200. I returned it.
