I received an immediate response from Charity at Berry Good Elixir Company. I received an email response and refund for the product, which was greatly appreciated, but that was not the intent for my review. "Great Customer Service" and I would not hesitate to order from them again. I apologize to Berry Good Elixir for not contacting them by email before I posted my review, I just didn't see a way to do that. Jane Z
