Refund pending?

I ordered and paid for a 32 ounce bottle and received an 8 ounce bottle. I sent an email requesting help with this and a refund on may 8th and have not heard back from our rx Systems.

I have been using this shampoo for a few years now…..I do have thin hair….but using this definitely make my hair seem fuller and actually helps me hide the bald spots.
