Edamame & Mung Bean Fettuccine

Love this pasta! The texture and taste are terrific!

Yummy, good firmness - the fettuccine shape is one of my favorites for holding a sauce. Last night I whipped up a sauce of chicken broth, garlic, lemon juice, and fresh basil and, being that the pasta itself has so much protein, I could rightfully call it a meal!
