Love this pasta! I think it tastes pretty good when you factor in the macronutrients it provides. Great source of plant protein and fiber. Cooks fast too.

I prepared this Edamame Spaghetti last night. I purchased it as my last A1C was slightly above normal and I wanted a healthy alternative to traditional pasta. I was a little leary as to how this healthy alternative would taste. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, it cooked up fast and was really yummy, the consistency was good. Dare say I liked the taste better than traditional pasta, maybe because I knew it was a healthier option for me? So... glad I found this Explore Cuisine website.
