One of my all time faves

This is one of my absolute favorites. Really lovely fruity flavors when I have it as a pour over. This said, I bought a bag for my dad and he is annoying it in his cappuccino. Our saying in our family is 'you can't go wrong with coffeeworks' but this one is still a real standout for me.

I’ve tried all of the light roasts offered by Coffeworks and this is the best in my opinion. Great tangy flavour! Method - whole bean, manual grinder, Aeropress with flow control attachment.

First go at alight roast

Found this difficult to dial in, took me maybe over 1/2 kilo to achieve something I was happy with taste wise. Could be I am a medium to dark roast guy and don’t have the pallet to appreciate a light roast. It hasn’t put me off though and I may well give this bean another go. But for now I am going back to buying CW medium to dark roasts
