La Comandanta Black Cow Beans

Fantastic flavor

These are delicious, fresh, creamy beans that retain their endearing mottling even after being cooked. Sure, the colors become lighter and darker brown, but they are visible. I cooked these simply in water, expecting to add flavorful amendments later, but they’re so very good, I am eating them as is. I’d love to buy more.
