I very much like the Complement Creatine. It's hard to tell if it's working yet. I love that I can trust their products for quality and cleanliness. They remove anything that would make my health suffer otherwise. Their products are 3rd party tested. I feel confident using them. That's huge!

Good

It’s pretty basic but good. I think it’s more that I know its good quality that I like it and it feels good. If I ordered a three month supply, they were supposed to send me a metal shaker, but I never received it! Kind of bummed about that!

Creatine Vitality

I found 1/2 teaspoon creatine ‘works’ best for me. I mix pique green tea 1/4 tsp with creatine in 10 oz of almond milk and fizz it up. I include this concoction everyday in my morning routine. As I sip this delicious drink, I feel a sense of quiet strength building in my body. I sense this impact all day long as a balanced energy source.
