I love every single ride on my Wave Farmer. It’s the perfect board for green waves like the Scout Wave in Salida. It’s edgy, fast, versatile & feels like an extension of my body! I am 5’8 145lbs & I have the 5’2. I could’ve bought the 4’10, both are so fun!
I am glad I got the 5’2 because I’m still able to ride it at low water & not only stay in the wave, but hit turns & attempt tricks.
The only downside is that it is fragile, which can be challenging in the river. I would recommend learning on a foamie & then transitioning to the Farmer once you’re familiar with how to fall, how to enter etc.
100% recommend!
