love the fins, love the service

I love that the fins can be removed for tighter storage. Unfortunately, my allen wrench (key) that locks the fin in place was stripped after a few uses so I lost 2 fins. But the folks at BadFish saved the day by replacing the key with a better one and replacing my lost fins. I bought this back up set of fins but with the better key, I don't think I'll need them. The support team recommended that I also buy the 12" center fin for better paddling in deep water. The customer service was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my fins and my board. Awesom job, BadFish!

Fast and Efficient!

I purchased my Wavo, took it to the river and not knowing anything I snapped my fins on thinking they were good to go. Soon after my second wave I noticed both fins missing and I spoke to a local who had assured me I had not installed them with the wrench! So I immediately got online and purchased a set and they were at my door in no time. Really loving my board since this accident and the quality is unmatched

Badfish Replacement Fins and Service

Bought my son a Badfish SUP in the US and brought it back to Europe. It is amazing board, easy to transport, great performance. It is the envy on the water. Unfortunately, we lost a few fins and the boards are not sold in Europe. The guys quickly responded to my request and shipped new fins pronto. I was so impressed.
