Everything is great, except the wrapping

Everything is great, except it was very lighton the cloth wrapping on the handle. Does not look as pictured.

Great customer service and a beautiful saber!

When I got my first saber I noticed that I had ordered the wrong one. They made it so easy to return! When I recieved the saber that I had originally meant to order it didn't hold a charge or work for more than about 10 seconds. I messaged customer service and they were extremely helpful and gave me a few things to try to get it working again. They were very patient and helpful and eventually with a few back and forth message it now works great and the saber is absolutely beautiful! Thanks again Richard for all of your patience and help! Great product and great help!
