It isn't a rock tea like our Da Hong Pao, so the amber brew has much less mineral presence; in our house we call it DHP Light. Great Drinking Tea with Food or on its Own!

Eastern Beauty Oolong is one of those teas that pairs well with food, drinking a cup with Christmas dinner, and by itself when you are just looking to unwind with a book. I have to admit that I was not a fan of Oolong until I found Little Red Cup, things are different now and it is one of my favorites. Great tea that is well worth the purchase!
