Fennel Blue

Intense and unforgettable!

This cheese is so rich and full of flavor. The sweet fennel compliments the sharpness of the blue. I tried it at the creamery a few weeks ago and just had to order it! The shipping process was easy, the shipping and packing was very well done and the people in the shop as well as the guys moving the manure were extremely kind! The creamery is a bit out of the way, but after lunch in Bodega Bay, visiting the ranch is a beautiful drive.

Love Fennel Blue

I used the fennel blue to crumble on top of my homemade corn chowder. Love that fennel note; it made it all that much more rich and savory. Wish I’d taken a picture. It looked beautiful also!
