I had run out of interesting beans so opened these only three days' resting . I couldn't keep my nose out of the bag, so intense was the aroma. I was lucky dialling in, lovely first brew and perfect second. Lovely thick chocolate taste, just what I'm after, and it shall be added to my subscription.I enjoyed it with some Girl Scout Cookies, a perfect accompanient. I was amused by your typo/spoonerism 'Manhandling' in the title of your web page for the bean, and found it rather appropriate, given the strong, powerful nature of the bean. After a few shots I feel as if I've been manhandled..... Keep up the good work, and thanks. Richard.

Lovely Blend. Easily our fave.

Really lovely, strong flavour in our bean to cup machine which we’ve struggled with up to now. Nothing else has come close to the depth of flavour of this one has, the rest have seemed weak and watery in comparison, even though we’ve fiddled with the adjustments. Grinder is now on 3 and this seems to work great!

I prefer the taste of the darker roasts with a thick mouthfeel, this coffee fulfils this requirement. I do find it is improved with a longer rest after roasting. The 'taste notes' are just about spot on. Ido alternate this with a 'tasty' Brazilian for a change or a MM.
