Dark Chocolate & Biscoff Ethiopia Mocha Djimma

Dark discovery.

Having always been a lover of Colombian coffee I was surprised to find my tastes getting darker after I bought an espresso machine. So this is the darkest roast I have tried so far and I find it a lovely tangy blend with a pleasant bite. The one thing I found different was that I had to adjust the grind a couple of notches finer to get the pressure I had before, but the result was worth it, with a superb crema as part of the outcome. Been drinking espresso for years but never brought freshly roasted didn't think it could make much different but my god was i wrong gonna be making my way through all different ones now to find my favourite

Rich, dark chocolate taste with a hint of biscuits. The crema is fantastic - rich, dark, thick, and smooth. Great beans.
