Dog UTI & Kidney Support Remedy

I have a female Doberman who will be 4 in 3 months. She had a litter of 12 puppies in July 2024. I had her spayed shortly after. She weighs 87 pounds. I have given her almost the entire bottle of the Urinary & Incontinence Support. It has done nothing. I am going to try one more bottle. Maybe she needs more time on it. I honestly don't think that it will do anything because there has been zero improvement so far.
