I gave this product a 3 star rating mostly because of the way they handle correspondence and advertising. It's pretty poor, honestly. I reached out via email to their support several times when it seemed to take almost 2 months for me to receive this product. When I heard nothing back after almost a week, even though their site says within 24 hours, I reached out on IG. Got a message later that day stating I did have an order and it should ship soon. I really think they should advertise their stock better especially if it's limited, as well as changing their response time on their site. With all that said, my cats seem to like the treat, but I do not see their issues getting better. I want to order another tub so my babes have a longer trial period, but with the limited stock and long wait times I'm hesitant to place another order :/

My 4 cats do not like these, and they are not very picky so for all 4 to turn their nose up says something. I reached out to customer service to alert them and see what my options are, i was offered a 70% refund, when i confirned that they also offered me to try the tuna flavor for free. Well its been almost a month since then and NO REFUND AND NO ADDITIONAL PRODUCT. Save your money, do not buy. Look at all the other negative reviews, i should have.

Mooshi LOVES her special treat! Its only been three days, but if the ingredients help return her vitality, soften her coat, and prevent all the awful goop from her tearing eye…we will buy a case!
