It's very lightweight and I can be clearly heard while making and taking calls. I charge it fully at night and never run out of power during an 9 hour day. The only thing I will make note of, is sometimes where the headset sits close to the opening of my ear, will rub against it and make it sore. I'm not sure if that is a me problem or if it could be addressed on future models. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
