Great workouts
I am really enjoying my workouts and all the information the app has. They are so much different than what I am used to doing and still quite challenging. I haven’t seen any significant progress yet as I have only completed 3 weeks. But I am excited and looking forward to it.

It’s a great acquisition
I was craving for the educational guides from Femme Nativa as a complement to the other programs, and they definitely worth it! For me it clarified some doubts I had and gave me motivation for reincorporate the nutritional guidance from LLP 1 and 2 again onto my routine.
