Never used this product before but using it on my lower back has really helped but not so much on my shoulder. I’ll giving it more time. Muscle, nerves vs bones could be the difference. I wish the adhesive lasted longer.

My trainer swears by these so I tried them and she was right. I use them all the time and am going to try the one time use ones as well! So excited they are so convenient.

These work great. My partner was having problems with his shoulder....instant relief. Doesn't work quite as well on my hip, but it does help. (Placement is key) We will definitely keep using them.
