Worked but….
This worked so well, but my daughter will need the set of two. One for the front, which the circle helped immediately but then the pain just moved to her low back. Easy to apply and just a wonderful option!

This is my 3rd patch. I bought my daughter 2 for Christmas after sending her home from a trip with one of mine. I haven’t used them for cramps but for muscle pain in my back and shoulders and hip. I really dont know what the “magic” is but they are worth every penny. The greatest source of relief I have found.
