Bixi Internal Frame

Makes my Bixi even better!

I love the Bixi as a travel backpack. The internal frame does not take up any extra space inside the bag. The frame does its job keeping the back panel flat regardless of what is inside the pack (which is usually clothes). Installation was extremely easy and I don't the frame is going anywhere unless I force it out. I recommend this if you have a Bixi.

Positive experience

I have been using this frame for about one month with my Bixi backpack. Most noticeable support benefit comes when pack is closer to empty. Easy to insert. Small difference to me but I'm glad I got it. If you keep a computer in your laptop compartment, it may provide all the added support you need. But the frame is an insurance policy there and for many will add to your enjoyment of the Bixi.

Makes a great bag even better!

I really enjoy my Bixi for heavy EDC as well as for my travel carry-on. One of the few complaints people have is that the bag, when not completely full, can sometimes get "slouchy". This is especially true with the new Spectron version I just received. The internal frame sheet gives the bag a bit more structure while not taking away any space or features from it. Installation could not have been easier - I never even knew the little "tabs" were already there until I read the frame sheet instructions! This is a must-have for Bixi owners and TB definitely needs to do another production run! (I'm about to sell my ballistic Bixi since I am now loving the Spectron, and I feel badly that the buyer won't get a frame sheet...but I am not giving mine up!)
