EZclassic TALL Whelping Box w/Rails

Ordered on 12/21 and delivered on 12/24. We were waiting for our girl to deliver at any moment. The package arrived 3 days before the litter. The assembly took no time. 30/45 minutes tops. One box was damaged. Contacted customer service via email after completing assembly to inform them that parts were missing and there was damage during shipping. Didn't expect a response until the next business day, which was the Monday after Christmas. I got a response the day after Christmas. Replacement parts were shipped out the same day. Received replacement parts on 12/29. They sent me exactly what I needed. The box is now in perfect working order. I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. Assembly/Disassembly is so easy. Perfect size for Cane Corso Mastiff! Tall enough that she can't get out but short enough that she can still see over the top. 3 height-adjustable pig rails for puppies that get big fast! Super absorbent pads! Easy to clean! Customer service was top-notch!

Quality and service at its best

Love the convenience and easy set up. My only complaint is the color. I wish it came in light grey/brown etc, the white stains after awhile no matter how much you are cleaning it.
