Wonderful product. Sturdy, nice looking, easy to assemble. Arrived very quickly after ordering. I was a bit confused about which parts to order so I called the customer service number. An extremely kind and helpful person answered the phone (a small miracle these days) and helped me order the correct pieces and saved me $20 because she told me that I didn't need one of the parts in my shopping cart. It was a throughly pleasant experience to order and the shelving unit is exactly what we envisioned for the same. Will order a lot more products for our garage project if we can ever get the garage cleaned out. 😵‍💫
