The Harper Deluxe | Oval

My girlfriend doesn't wear much jewelry, so we wanted to visit a store to let her make sure she felt comfortable with what she wanted from an engagement ring. We went to a competitor's store first and had a disappointing experience. They didn't listen to what we wanted, and spent most of the time trying to upsell us. The experience at Frank Darling was exactly the opposite. Messaging with Lindsay from the LA location was easy. She listened to my notes on what my girlfriend's preferences were and tailored the experience to those preferences. She listened. She did a great job of stepping back and letting us explore / talk and then stepping forward when it was time to provide her expertise. She heard our desires and steered us away from more expensive options when they weren't right for us. Most importantly, she made us feel like she was invested in our happiness. After leaving, I knew I was buying the ring from Lindsay and her final tips before I made my ultimate selection were helpful. She even helped make sure I was able to get the ring picked up when the delivery company messed up... so my Christmas Eve proposal went off without a hitch. Oh and the ring turned out absolutely gorgeous. My wife to be couldn't be happier and I agree wholeheartedly. Thank you Lindsay and Frank Darling. Would definitely recommend.
