Wow, just wow!
I’ve had several cuts of Iberico, and Secreto is probably my absolute fave. There’s no way to mess it up. I season with salt, pepper and garlic, and cook it in my cast iron, and that is it. What you get is the most flavorful, juicy piece of meat you could ever cook and eat. I honestly think it’s better than steak. Try it!!
