Ibérico Pork Secreto Steak

I cooked this the other day, and my oh my. Try this folks! This will end up being your favorite cut of Iberico.

There is absolutely no way pork should taste this good!! Wow, just wow! I’ve had several cuts of Iberico, and Secreto is probably my absolute fave. There’s no way to mess it up. I season with salt, pepper and garlic, and cook it in my cast iron, and that is it. What you get is the most flavorful, juicy piece of meat you could ever cook and eat. I honestly think it’s better than steak. Try it!!
