Spaghetti VALUE BUNDLE DEAL- 10 x Qetoe Organic Low Carb Spaghetti Pack

I make my own pasta so nothing can compare to home made but having said that I thought this pasta was really good bearing in mind the huge amount of protein and fibre it has. The texture is slightly chewy and it really absorbs the sauce which is not necessarily a good thing because it tends to make the pasta a bit dry as strange as it may seem, but it means that you need to add more sauce that’s all. And the flavour isn’t exactly the same as shop bought pasta, but it’s still very very acceptable and for me. If I am looking for a high-protein hi-fibre quick meal it will definitely be my go to, so I would absolutely recommend it. I cooked it for six minutes and that was perfect for my palate. The shape, is more like a linguine, but I really like the shape. I mostly make spaghetti so it’s a change. I think for me the fettuccine wouldn’t work because of the fact that it is wider, but that’s just a personal preference. it was the right texture but not taste the taste took over the taste of the sauce. I don't know if I had done something wrong

I was a little disappointed with the texture and flavour. I will try different recipes to see if that helps
